YOU GOT COFFEE!
Congrats! You have been gifted a sample of Camp Chair Coffee!
You must have great taste.
Below, you will find some of our brewing suggestions and links to order full size bags.
STAY GROUNDED!

BREW GUIDES
POUR OVER
If you use a pour over, your sample will make 2 cups (enough to share!).
-
Use 20 grams of coffee (or about half of the sample) with 320 grams of water, dosed at 200-205 degrees Fahrenheit. (We actually like our coffee a little stronger, and prefer to use around 305 grams of water.)
-
Pour some hot water through the filter to rinse it, then discard this water.
-
Pour enough water to saturate the grounds (around 50 grams) and give the pour over cone a gentle swirl. Wait 20 seconds.
-
Pour another 150 grams of water (200 total) in slow circles, then wait until the water drains about halfway.
-
Pour the remainder of the water, wait until it drains, and enjoy!
COLD BREW
We really enjoy our coffee (especially Back Lawn) as a cold brew.
-
Combine your coffee sample with 1.5 cups of room temperature water (a mason jar works well for this!).
-
Place this mixture of coffee and water in your refrigerator, and leave it overnight or for about 12 hours. You can steep for longer if you want, but we recommend not leaving it for more than 18-20 hours.
-
Strain your coffee through a cheesecloth or a regular coffee filter (this will take longer, but works just fine). One method is to place a coffee filter over the mouth of your mason jar, then use the screw-on ring of the lid (without the flat part) to lock the filter in place.
-
Add cold filtered water to taste, and enjoy!

COFFEE POT
If you own a regular 12-cup coffee pot, your sample is the perfect amount to brew a half pot!
